Aloha Senior 411

Helping Seniors Across Hawaii to Downsize and Move.

We are raising funds to grow Aloha Senior 411, a local, Hawaiʻi-based service that helps seniors (and their families) clear, repair, stage, and sell their longtime homes — with no upfront cost. We manage the entire transition so families can focus on what matters: the health, safety, and care for their parent(s).

This is important to us because...
We’ve seen too many kupuna struggle with what to do after a fall, illness, or the loss of a spouse — and how overwhelming it is for adult children on the mainland to manage it from afar.  Or even if they live locally, they are busy with their own jobs and family.

We’ve also seen what a difference it makes when someone steps in to help with care, dignity, and local know-how.

We’ve already helped dozens of families unlock $50K–$100K in additional home value — and transition smoothly into the next chapter of life.

Now, we want to bring this service to even more people across Oʻahu — and beyond.

Your support will help us:

  • Bridge the gap for families who can’t pay out-of-pocket for the upgrades
  • Offer staging, repairs, and hauling before the home is sold
  • Fund market outreach to elder law attorneys, senior care homes, and veterans’ groups
  • Provide compassionate, boots-on-the-ground support when it matters most

Whether you give $25 or $2,500, every gift helps a kupuna and their ʻohana take the next step with dignity.

The money will go toward:

  • Clean-out supplies and vendor payments (before the sale closes)
  • Temporary project float costs (painting, flooring, staging)
  • Local marketing to reach those most in need
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) to build a sustainable, trusted service
  • Print materials for elder care homes and estate attorneys

    🫶 Mahalo for your support.
If you’ve ever helped a parent or grandparent move out of their long time home, you know how hard it can be.

Let’s make it easier, together.
